Your journey begins with a scenic mountain flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. From there, the trail winds through traditional Sherpa villages, ancient monasteries, and dramatic alpine landscapes. Along the way, enjoy the vibrant energy of Namche Bazaar, the spiritual serenity of Tengboche Monastery, and panoramic vistas of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and other towering peaks.

Trekking flights operate via Ramechhap during peak seasons (spring and autumn). Direct flights to Kathmandu may be available in the off-season.

Day 01 :

Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Tam Adventures team will greet you and transfer you to a luxurious 5-star hotel in Kathmandu. Meet your trekking team for a full briefing. Overnight at a 5-star hotel.

Day 02 :

Drive to Ramechhap & Fly to Lukla – Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

Early drive (approx. 4–5 hrs) to Ramechhap, followed by a short, scenic flight to Lukla. Begin trekking gently downhill to Phakding.

Day 03 :

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Trek through pine forests and cross thrilling suspension bridges along the Dudh Koshi River before reaching bustling Namche Bazaar the gateway to Everest.

Day 04 :

Acclimatization in Namche

Take an acclimatization hike either to Everest View Hotel (3,880m) or Khumjung village (3,780m), both offering stunning panoramas of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Everest. Optional visits to the Sherpa Museum and Sagarmatha National Park Visitor Center in Namche are also available.

Day 05 :

Trek to Thyangboche (3,860m)

Trek along a scenic trail with Everest views. Cross the Dudh Koshi River and ascend through rhododendron forests to Thyangboche Monastery.

Day 06 :

Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)

Descend to Debuche and climb past Pangboche village with dramatic views of Ama Dablam. Continue up to Dingboche, a beautiful alpine village.

Day 07 :

Acclimatization Hike to Nangkartsang Peak (5,000m)

Optional hike to Nangkartsang Peak or Chhukung Ri. Enjoy views of Island Peak, Lhotse, and Makalu. Return to Dingboche to rest.

Day 08 :

Trek to Dughla (4,620m)

A shorter day of trekking leads you to Dughla, located at the foot of the Khumbu Glacier. Free time to rest or explore.

Day 09 :

Trek to Lobuche (4,910m)

Ascend past memorials for fallen climbers. Continue alongside the Khumbu Glacier to Lobuche, a remote outpost surrounded by glacial views.

Day 10 :

Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m), Return to Gorak Shep (5,140m)

Start early and trek along the moraine to reach Everest Base Camp. After celebrating this achievement, return to Gorak Shep for the night.

Day 11 :

Day 11: Sunrise at Kala Patthar (5,545m), Trek to Pangboche (3,940m)

Climb Kala Patthar before dawn for the best views of Everest. Descend past Lobuche and Dingboche to Pangboche. (Alternate overnight stop at Pheriche is available if needed.)

Day 12 :

Trek to Namche Bazaar via Phortse

Take a scenic alternative trail via Phortse, a traditional Sherpa village rich in heritage. ReachnNamche by late afternoon.

Day 13 :

Trek to Lukla

Retrace your steps through Monjo and Phakding to reach Lukla. Celebrate the successful trek with your team.

Day 14 :

Fly to Ramechhap & Drive to Kathmandu

Early morning flight to Ramechhap (seasonal). Drive back to Kathmandu (approx. 4–5 hrs). Free evening in the city.

Day 15 :

Leisure Day in Kathmandu

Buffer day for potential flight delays. Enjoy optional sightseeing, spa, or shopping. Explore the cultural richness of Kathmandu, including UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa.

Day 16 :

Final Departure

TAM Adventures team will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight to home. Depart Nepal with unforgettable memories and the pride of completing your Everest Base Camp trek.
