  • Kerala– Houseboats, wildlife, beaches, and Ayurvedic escapes

Each trip page includes detailed itineraries, inclusions, fitness level, and cost.

Step 2: 

Send Your Booking Request

Once you’ve found the perfect trip, you can make a booking request in three easy ways:

  • Booking Request Form– Simple and fast. Fill in your trip name, dates, and group details.

  • Email Us – Send your query to info@tamadventures.com with your selected trip and preferences.

  • WhatsApp– Use the WhatsApp button available on every page to message us directly in real time.

We’ll respond quickly to confirm availability, answer any questions, and send you an invoice with bank transfer details.

Step 3: 

Secure Your Booking with a Deposit

To confirm your trip, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required.
We currently accept bank transfer only (instructions provided in the invoice).
All transfer fees must be paid by the client.

Step 4: 

Pay the Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your trip start date.
This also must be paid via bank transfer unless prior arrangements have been made.
If you book within 30 days of your trip, full payment is required at the time of booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your trip with TAM Adventures.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A trip is confirmed only once we receive a 20% non-refundable deposit.
  • Full payment is due no later than 30 days beforethe trip start date.
  • If full payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.

2. Payment Methods

  • We currently accept bank transfer only.
  • Our bank details will be provided with your invoice.
  • All associated bank or transfer fees must be paid by the client.

3. Cancellation by the Client

If you cancel your trip after full payment, the following cancellation charges apply:

  • 30% of the total trip cost if cancelled 30 or more days before the trip start date
  • 50%if cancelled 15–29 days before the trip
  • 75%if cancelled 7–14 days before the trip
  • 100%if cancelled less than 7 days before the trip

The 20% deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
No refunds will be provided for early departure, no-shows, or unused services.

4. Cancellation by TAM Adventures

We may cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political unrest, natural disasters, pandemics). In such cases:

  • You will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us.
  • We are not responsible for any third-party expenses such as flights, insurance, or visa costs.

5. Travel Insurance

You must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation. Proof may be requested before departure.

6. Fitness & Health

You are responsible for ensuring you are fit and healthy for your selected trip. For physically demanding tours (especially in Nepal), consult your doctor if unsure.

7. Itinerary Flexibility

All itineraries should be considered as guides. Local conditions, weather, or safety concerns may require changes. Our guides and staff will always prioritize your safety and experience.

8. Passports & Visas

You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel documents for Nepal, UAE, or India.

9. Respectful Conduct

TAM Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant behaving in a disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful manner toward staff, local communities, or the environment.
