Please read these terms carefully before booking your trip with TAM Adventures. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:

1. Booking Confirmation

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before the trip start date.
• If payment is not received by the deadline, your booking may be cancelled without refund.

2. Travel Documents

You are responsible for arranging all passports, visas, and any other required documents for entry into Nepal, UAE, or India.

3. Health & Fitness

It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically and medically fit for your selected trip. We recommend consulting your doctor before joining high-altitude treks or adventure activities.

4. Itinerary Flexibility

Trip itineraries are subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or safety concerns. Our staff will always prioritize your well-being and experience.

5. Conduct & Behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant behaving in a disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful manner toward our team, local communities, or the environment.

6. Insurance Requirement

All travelers must carry valid comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellations. Proof may be requested before departure.
