Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation and refund policy works:
1. Cancellation by You (the Client)
If you cancel your trip after full payment:
- 30+ days before trip: 70% refund
- 15–29 days before trip: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before trip: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before trip: No refund
The 20% deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused services.
2. Cancellation by TAM Adventures
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your trip due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events. In such cases:
- You will receive a full refund of the amount paid to TAM Adventures.
We are not responsible for third-party expenses such as flights, travel insurance, or visa costs.
