Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation and refund policy works:

1. Cancellation by You (the Client)

If you cancel your trip after full payment:

  • 30+ days before trip: 70% refund
  • 15–29 days before trip: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before trip: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before trip: No refund

The 20% deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused services.

2. Cancellation by TAM Adventures

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your trip due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events. In such cases:
